Applies to: Orders shipped to and delivered in Singapore only.

1. Free Shipping & Delivery Charges
Free standard delivery applies to all orders with a cart value of SGD 300 or more (before tax).
Orders below SGD 300 will incur a small shipping surcharge, which will be displayed at checkout.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:
– Items are unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
– Items are in resalable condition
– Proof of purchase is provided

Non-returnable items include:
– Customised or made-to-order products
– Clearance or final sale items
– Items that have been assembled or used

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
We will offer replacement parts, replacement items, or a refund where appropriate.

4. Return Process

All returns are subject to inspection.

5. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Delivery and return shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

6. Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Pickup or courier fees will be quoted based on item size and weight.

7. Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund.
Orders already dispatched may incur a logistics fee.

8. Warranty & Consumer Rights
Products with manufacturing defects may qualify for repair, replacement, or refund in line with Singapore consumer protection laws.
