Alder Sherpa Armchair

Textured white sherpa and an exposed timber base give the Alder Sherpa Armchair a welcoming, understated character. The rounded arms sit on either side of a cushioned seat, with the back continuing around the outside. Beneath the upholstery, visible wooden rails connect the legs and introduce a more structured line.

Alder Sherpa Armchair details

Sherpa fabric covers high-density foam, while solid wood legs support the chair. The distinction between the textured upper body and the timber below is central to the design. It brings together the enveloping appearance of an upholstered armchair and the visual detail of an exposed base.

Alder makes a natural addition to a reading corner furnished with wood and woven textures. It also works alongside a darker sofa, where the white upholstery introduces contrast without a busy pattern. Leave the base visible beside a simple table so the timber remains part of the arrangement.
