( a ) This Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy (the “Policy”) sets out the terms and conditions governing the processing, delivery, return, exchange, cancellation, and refund of orders placed through the website operated by Bogatstvo Holdings Pte Ltd (trading as “La Riqueza Global Shop SG”) (“we”, “us” or “our”).

( b ) By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy, subject always to any non-excludable rights and remedies available under applicable Singapore law.

( c ) This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, where applicable.

 

1. SHIPPING POLICY

1.1 Order Processing

( a ) All orders are subject to payment verification, fraud screening where applicable, and product availability.

( b ) Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on Singapore public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

( c ) During promotional events, festive seasons, new product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

( d ) Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available, will be sent to you.

 

 

1.2 Delivery within Singapore

( a ) Estimated delivery times are as follows:

(i) Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days;

(ii) Express Delivery, where available: 1-2 business days; and

(iii) Same-Day Delivery, where offered: available only for selected locations and subject to applicable order cut-off times.

( b ) Estimated delivery periods commence after your order has been processed and dispatched.

( c ) While we work with reputable courier partners, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Time shall not be of the essence unless expressly agreed by us in writing.

( d ) Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, courier operational delays, customs or security inspections, incorrect delivery information, peak shopping periods, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

1.3 Shipping Charges

( a ) Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on delivery destination, parcel size and weight, and the selected shipping method.

( b ) Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly indicated on our website. Any such promotion may be subject to stated terms, exclusions, minimum spend, or delivery location restrictions.

 

 

1.4 International Shipping

( a ) We offer international shipping only where this option is made available at checkout.

( b ) Where international shipping is available, delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance processes.

( c ) Unless otherwise stated at checkout, you are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, GST, VAT, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country or relevant authorities.

( d ) Customs clearance delays and decisions by foreign authorities are beyond our control.

 

 

1.5 Delivery Address

( a ) You are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

( b ) If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays may occur, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery, and we will not be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

( c ) If you discover an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to amend the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once order processing has commenced.

 

 

1.6 Failed Deliveries

( a ) If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the parcel, the delivery address is inaccessible, the parcel remains unclaimed after courier notification, or delivery is refused without prior arrangement, the parcel may be returned to us.

( b ) Any additional shipping or handling costs incurred for re-delivery may be charged to you, except where the failed delivery was caused by our error or where otherwise required by applicable law.

 

 

1.7 Lost or Damaged Shipments

( a ) If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as reasonably practicable, and preferably within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of your order. Prompt notification helps us investigate the matter with the courier efficiently.

( b ) Please provide your order number, photographs of the damaged packaging and product where reasonably available, and a brief description of the issue.

( c ) We will investigate the matter with the relevant courier and endeavour to resolve the issue promptly.

( d ) Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights or remedies available to you under applicable Singapore law.

 


2. RETURNS POLICY

( a ) Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, subject to the conditions below. Our change-of-mind return policy is a voluntary goodwill policy and is separate from your statutory rights.

( a ) Returns for change-of-mind purchases are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

( b ) To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, returned in its original packaging, include all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, labels, and complimentary items, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

( c ) We reserve the right to reject returns that do not satisfy these requirements, except where the return relates to a statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

 

 

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

( a ) Unless defective, supplied incorrectly, materially different from description, or otherwise required by applicable law, the following items cannot be returned under our voluntary change-of-mind policy:

(i) clearance or sale items;

(ii) gift cards;

(iii) downloadable digital products;

(iv) personalised or customised products;

(v) perishable goods;

(vi) opened food or beverage products;

(vii) opened cosmetics or personal care products;

(viii) hygiene-sensitive products; and

(ix) products showing signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear.

 


2.3 How to Request a Return

( a ) To request a return, please email us at support@lariquezaglobal.com, provide your order number, explain the reason for the return, and attach photographs where reasonably available.

( b ) Please wait for our return authorisation before sending the product back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted, except where doing so would be inconsistent with any mandatory statutory right available under applicable Singapore law.

( c ) You are responsible for ensuring that returned products are packaged securely and appropriately to prevent damage during return transit.


2.4 Return Shipping Costs

( a ) Where the return is due to change of mind, an incorrect product ordered by you, or customer preference, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

( b ) Where the return is due to our shipping error, a defective product, a damaged product upon arrival, or an incorrect product supplied, we will bear the reasonable return shipping costs or provide another appropriate solution, in accordance with applicable law.


3. EXCHANGES

( a ) Subject to stock availability, exchanges may be offered for incorrect size, incorrect color, defective products, or incorrect items supplied.

( b ) Exchange requests under our voluntary exchange process should be made within 14 calendar days of delivery. This time period does not limit any mandatory statutory rights that may apply to defective or non-conforming products.

( c ) Replacement products will normally be dispatched after the returned product has been received and inspected, unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires a different remedy.


4. REFUND POLICY

( a ) Upon receiving your returned product, we will inspect it to determine whether it satisfies our return requirements or whether a statutory remedy applies.

( b ) We aim to complete inspections within 3-5 business days after receipt.

4.1 Approved Refunds

If repair or replacement is impossible, disproportionate, cannot be completed within a reasonable time, or would cause significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a price reduction, refund, or other remedy available under applicable law.

( f ) Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may offer repair, replacement, store credit, price reduction, or a full or partial refund. Store credit will not be imposed where applicable law requires a cash refund or other statutory remedy.

 

7. STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

9. RISK AND TITLE

( b ) Title to the products passes to you only after we have received full payment for the relevant order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
